Fifteen years ago, the Starbreakers made a name for themselves when, as teenagers, they took down the Cult of Stars, the twisted servants of dark beings from another world. In doing so, they started a journey that saw them become the finest company of freelancers the kingdom had ever seen.

Eight years ago, that journey came to an end when Starbreakers failed to stop the cult from laying waste to a city. They lost their home, their acclaim, and each other.

Last year, they finally began to put all of that behind them. They’re back in each other’s lives, and trying to find a way to do some real good in the world again. But the past isn’t finished with them just yet.

The Cult of Stars is back, and they have no shortage of allies and puppets. With an army of the disillusioned, dishonored, and insane behind them, and the support of some of the most powerful people in Corsar, they seek to finish their work, and deliver the world to their otherworldly masters.
